Introduction:
Pipe brushes have a wide range of applications. They are generally used in hydraulic valve deburring, cylinder liner piston polishing, steel drum cleaning, test tube cleaning, boiler cleaning, and deburring of metal parts.
It is commonly used for deburring of groove edges in hydraulic cutting holes, deburring of cross holes, deburring of cylinder blocks, engine parts, machining, in-hole machining, and brake valley machining. The pipe brush can be automatically centered and automatically calibrated to process the hole surface finely and consistently, without affecting the original precision and size of the workpiece, and is easy to use, safe, economical and effective.
Deburring and rounding small diameter holes has long been a headache for companies involved, and it is also a costly machining operation because the machining process requires a lot of manual work. Now, a miniature deburring duct brush has been developed to automate this process, improving product quality and consistency while saving time and costs.
The choice of bristles depends on the substrate being machined, the amount of burrs and the final finishing requirements.

Considerations:
1. Pipe brushes of different materials should be selected according to the situation of the workpiece
2. Do not use too much pressure. Excessive pressure will cause the thin lines on both sides to be distorted or overheated, causing the thin lines to break, melt quickly, and reduce the service life.
