Introduction:

Pipe brushes have a wide range of applications. They are generally used in hydraulic valve deburring, cylinder liner piston polishing, steel drum cleaning, test tube cleaning, boiler cleaning, and deburring of metal parts.
It is commonly used for deburring of groove edges in hydraulic cutting holes, deburring of cross holes, deburring of cylinder blocks, engine parts, machining, in-hole machining, and brake valley machining. Considerations:

1. Pipe brushes of different materials should be selected according to the situation of the workpiece
2. Do not use too much pressure. Excessive pressure will cause the thin lines on both sides to be distorted or overheated, causing the thin lines to break, melt quickly, and reduce the service life.
